Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Medical Writer to lead the creation of high‑impact medical content across multiple therapy areas. You will work within a collaborative account team, leveraging scientific expertise, strategic insight, and AI‑driven tools to deliver compelling narratives for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new therapeutic areas confidently and lead discussions with clients and external experts.
• Facilitate strategic meetings and drive client‑focused discussions.
• Utilize a broad range of AI solutions to streamline complex projects and improve efficiency.
• Lead content delivery for complex projects, delegating tasks to associate writers as needed.
• Interpret client briefs, flag potential issues, and provide proactive, solution‑focused feedback.
• Develop compelling narratives from complex scientific information and structure novel projects.

Required profile

• Experienced medical writer with a passion for scientific and medical developments.
• Strong interest in AI and its application to content creation.
• Comfortable tackling new problems, interacting with clients, and mentoring internal team members.
• Ability to step into new therapeutic areas and lead strategic discussions.
