Senior Operations Executive

About the role

Join an award‑winning travel recruitment firm as a Senior Operations Executive. You will own critical operational workstreams that span hotel planning, CRM management, financial reconciliation and data integrity, ensuring each event cycle runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison for internal teams such as Customer Service, Finance, IT and Hosted Buyer.
• Administer hotel contracts and maintain accurate data in relevant systems.
• Forecast demand, allocate accommodation and manage rooming lists.
• Act as a CRM super‑user, driving system enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Support ground transportation operations, produce transport manifests and oversee logistics.
• Lead end‑to‑end reconciliation for hotels, transport and related services.
• Manage visa support processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, coordination, events, travel or hospitality environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong data‑accuracy and documentation skills.
• Solid numerical and analytical abilities, including financial reconciliation and cost tracking.
• Experience managing CRM or data systems, including validation and go‑live activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Passkey (or similar accommodation system) – desirable.
• CRM platform proficiency.
