Travel Operations Coordinator – £40,000 + Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Travel Operations Coordinator to manage accommodation planning, hotel allocations and travel logistics for large‑scale international programmes. The role combines data‑driven administration with stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless delivery of travel and accommodation services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel accommodation and room allocations across multiple properties.
• Maintain and update rooming lists, booking amendments and accommodation requirements.
• Liaise with hotels, suppliers and internal teams on operational logistics.
• Support travel and ground‑transport planning activities.
• Maintain accurate records in booking systems, databases and Excel spreadsheets.
• Produce operational reports, track usage and resolve data discrepancies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, accommodation or logistics‑focused roles.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for managing operational spreadsheets.
• Experience with booking systems, CRM systems or operational databases.
