Senior Organisational Development Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Organisational Development Advisor to support the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership. In this internal consultancy role you will work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver OD, leadership, service design and change interventions that align with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement evidence‑based organisational development programmes to build leadership and management capability.
• Lead complex change projects, ensuring systematic, inclusive approaches that reflect organisational values and governance.
• Provide expert advice on workplace wellbeing, service design and improvement activities.
• Partner with senior managers and professional groups to enhance team effectiveness and sustainable change.
• Deliver presentations and workshops that inspire confidence at all levels.

Required profile

• Degree‑level qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience consulting with director‑level stakeholders in large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record of applying OD tools and methodologies to achieve high‑value outcomes.
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate organisational needs into practical solutions.
