Senior Paid Search Executive

About the role

Huel is looking for an ambitious Senior Paid Search Executive to own and scale its Google media activity across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Shopping. The role shapes the strategy, leads structured experimentation and keeps close to account performance, and is based in London with hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development, deployment and optimisation of the Google media strategy across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Shopping in every market traded
• Report and analyse LTV, CPA and ROI to ensure maximum efficiency
• Present data-backed business cases to improve revenue, ROI and customer acquisition
• Own conversion architecture and signal quality, including first-party data, enhanced conversions, server-side tracking and value-based bidding
• Keep product feeds in top shape
• Own audience strategy, work with the creative team on video-first assets and define strong hooks
• Contribute to acquisition, revenue and LTV targets across key markets
• Automate repeatable tasks with scripts, APIs and custom logic
• Ensure consistent branding across Google marketing and communications
• Build and run a hypothesis-led testing roadmap

Required profile

• Around 4 years of hands-on experience managing multi-market Google Search, Shopping and Demand Gen campaigns for an agency, ad-tech or high-growth business
• Experience optimising backend product feeds and handling enterprise-level budgets
• Working knowledge of paid social
• Ability to brief video creative, read asset-level performance and spot weak hooks
• Quick learner, self-sufficient and able to execute campaign management flawlessly
• Strong analytical skills and comfort in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
