Senior Partner – Prime Residential Property (Self‑Employed)

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level, self‑employed partner to lead and grow a local hub for a premium residential property agency operating across Hertfordshire. The role combines personal sales performance with the responsibility of building and mentoring a team of independent agents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of high‑end residential sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Recruit, train and develop a team of self‑employed property professionals.
• Lead weekly hub sessions focused on training, deal progression and performance.
• Maintain and grow personal sales pipeline while supporting team members.
• Uphold the agency’s standards, culture and brand in the local market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency, specifically valuing and selling mid‑to‑upper market properties.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working autonomously.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a sales team.
• Strong client‑facing skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
