Senior Pensions Project Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Pensions Project Analyst to join our specialist Administration Project Team. You will lead the delivery and technical aspects of a variety of pension administration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor pension administration projects, managing timelines and budgets.
• Perform data analysis and validation to maintain the accuracy and integrity of pension data.
• Maintain project trackers, report milestones, risks and issues, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with pension legislation, industry standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including third‑party providers, to facilitate effective communication and delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as plans, risk registers and issue logs.
• Provide training and support to team members and clients on project‑related activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering administration services to defined benefit pension schemes.
• Hands‑on experience with bulk projects such as GMP, Pension Dashboard, data rectification or de‑risking initiatives.
• Experience supporting and mentoring junior staff members.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
