Senior Performance Analyst – Investment Management

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to join its Global Performance Measurement team at the EMEA headquarters in Henley‑on‑Thames. You will own complex performance outputs, act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, and help shape performance measurement, governance, and reporting across the firm’s global investment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate daily, monthly, quarterly and annual performance data across asset classes and client mandates.
• Interpret performance results, trends and KPIs, providing insight to portfolio managers, risk and product teams.
• Investigate anomalies, resolve complex issues and serve as an escalation point.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, controls and auditability; partner with technology and data teams on system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with GIPS standards and regulatory requirements; support internal and external audits.
• Produce performance reports for management, clients and regulators; develop dashboards and automation to reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Performance Analyst within investment management.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with a focus on data integrity and risk reduction.
