Senior Process Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Process Analyst to join a leading UK utility company on a three‑month transformation programme. The role will be hybrid, requiring at least two days on‑site in West Sussex, and will focus on discovering, mapping and optimising end‑to‑end business processes across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process discovery, mapping and optimisation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders from business and technology teams.
• Produce and quality‑assure BPMN 2.0 process maps, SIPOCs, RACI matrices and related artefacts.
• Identify opportunities for digitisation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Drive process standardisation and oversee improvement programmes.
• Coach, mentor and allocate tasks to a team of Process Analysts.
• Act as escalation point for complex process and stakeholder issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of analysts or process professionals.
• Strong background in process analysis, business analysis or continuous improvement.
• Hands‑on experience with ARIS and BPMN 2.0 mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to run cross‑functional improvement programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
