Senior Product Manager – Credit Risk

About the role

ENSEK is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end credit risk product strategy across acquisition, onboarding, in‑life risk management, collections and debt recovery. You will work autonomously, make data‑driven decisions and partner closely with engineering, design, commercial and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the credit risk product vision, roadmap and strategy across the full customer lifecycle.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements (FCA, Ofgem, ICO) into clear, actionable product deliverables.
• Partner with engineering to scope, size and deliver scalable, data‑driven capabilities.
• Define KPIs, dashboards and performance frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure the product solves real‑world credit and collections challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, preferably fintech, credit or utilities.
• Track record delivering credit risk or financial decisioning products end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of credit lifecycle processes and collections‑stage risk utilisation.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FCA, Ofgem, GDPR.
• Data‑led mindset with experience defining metrics, dashboards and experimentation.
