Senior Project Manager – Construction Consultancy (London)

About the role

This senior, visible position sits within a collaborative construction consultancy and leads high‑profile commercial real estate schemes from feasibility through to practical completion. You will work directly with developers, asset managers, investors and occupiers, acting as a trusted advisor on complex London projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects across life sciences, education and commercial sectors through all RIBA stages.
• Serve as the primary client interface for key London assets.
• Manage programme, cost, procurement and risk strategies.
• Coordinate consultant and contractor teams in live, complex environments.
• Support and mentor Project Managers and junior staff.
• Contribute to business development and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM chartered, or working towards chartership.
• Proven track record delivering commercial real‑estate projects within a consultancy.
• Experience in office development, refurbishment, repositioning or mixed‑use schemes.
• Confidence managing sophisticated London‑based clients and stakeholders.
• Commercially astute, proactive and solutions‑oriented.
• Comfortable leading projects while developing people around you.
