About the role
Following major project wins, esc construction consultants is expanding its team and seeks experienced Senior Project Managers to lead high‑profile capital construction projects across the region. The role involves taking ownership from concept through to completion, delivering innovative and future‑focused developments while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex construction projects across multiple sectors.
- Manage programme schedules, budgets, risk registers and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional outcomes for clients.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors under NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
Required profile
- Degree qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction.
- Experience with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
- Membership of, or progression towards, APM, RICS or equivalent professional accreditation.
Required skills
- NEC3 contract administration.
- NEC4 contract administration.
