Senior Project Manager – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

McCann London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of integrated 360° brand campaigns across multiple sectors, including beauty, travel and food & drink. Working in a hybrid model (three days a week in the Bishopsgate office), you will act as the central hub between creative, strategy, production and client teams, ensuring seamless collaboration from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social, broadcast and experiential channels, controlling timelines, budgets and resources.
• Serve as the primary liaison between creative, strategy, production and client teams, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
• Lead brief intake, working with strategy and business leads to define delivery requirements and allocate resources.
• Partner with Creative Directors to translate creative ambition into production plans while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create and manage scopes of work, forecast resourcing needs and coordinate multiple production processes simultaneously.
• Run daily/weekly scrum meetings to track progress and align internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify efficiency opportunities, monitor financial health of projects and conduct post‑project reviews.
• Maintain a strategic view of accounts, spotting growth opportunities and driving campaigns to larger, bolder outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering integrated 360° campaigns on time and within budget.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinating with creative, strategy, production and client stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and anticipate project risks.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
• Ability to lead scrum meetings and drive efficiency across complex projects.
