Senior Project Manager – Luxury Residential Interiors

About the role

We are partnering with a renowned US‑based boutique interior design studio to hire a Senior Project Manager for its emerging London team. The role focuses on luxury residential and hospitality projects, guiding each commission from concept through to handover while preserving the studio’s design integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage high‑end residential projects, including ground‑up builds and large‑scale renovations.
• Develop interior architecture, joinery detailing, construction documentation, and finish packages.
• Produce detailed drawing sets and technical documentation in AutoCAD for contractors, fabricators, and consultants.
• Oversee construction administration and site coordination throughout delivery.
• Coordinate vendors, consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure on‑time, high‑quality outcomes.
• Attend and lead client meetings, site visits, and vendor presentations as the studio’s on‑site representative.

Required profile

• Experienced design professional with a strong background in luxury residential interiors.
• Proven track record in construction administration and project delivery.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently with excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with founders and senior leadership.
