Senior Project Manager – M&E

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead M&E installation, building services lifecycle and minor fabric projects across a portfolio of listed buildings in central London. You will manage projects valued between £50k and £2m, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of M&E installation and building services projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee minor fabric works and coordinate the external supply chain.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering M&E projects in the construction sector.
• Experience working on listed building projects (desirable).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS cards.
• First Aid certification.
