Senior Project Manager – Technology Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the technology transformation phase of a high‑profile separation programme. The carve‑out is largely complete, but significant work remains across server and network migrations, TSA reduction and third‑party SI coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central liaison between the Separation Director, internal project team and external system integrators.
• Maintain tight governance, manage risk and escalation, and ensure delivery momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee server and network migration activities, including out‑of‑hours coordination and dependency management.
• Negotiate and manage Transitional Service Agreements, driving reduction plans and meeting TSA timelines.
• Influence and hold third‑party SIs accountable without direct authority.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale server and network migration programmes.
• Hands‑on M&A separation or divestment experience, preferably joining an existing programme.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders up to C‑suite level.
• Resilience to handle shifting priorities and high ambiguity.

What we offer
