Senior Project Manager – Ultra‑Luxury Residential Development

About the role

Capstone is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of an ultra‑luxury residential and mixed‑use scheme in London. This high‑profile, design‑driven project sets new standards for luxury living and requires a professional who can manage the full project lifecycle while preserving design integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the project through all RIBA stages, from concept to handover.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and specialist teams.
• Drive design management across architecture, interiors and technical delivery.
• Support planning strategy, procurement and contractor appointments.
• Oversee programme management, reporting and budget performance.
• Ensure exceptional quality standards throughout construction and fit‑out.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and protect the design vision.

Required profile

• Background in architecture with 3–4 years of architectural experience before moving into project management.
• Proven experience delivering projects from cradle to grave.
• Exposure to ultra‑prime residential, luxury hospitality or high‑end mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of design management, technical delivery and RIBA stages.
• Commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
