Senior Project Support Officer – Shared EPR Programme

About the role

The Senior Project Support Officer will provide high‑level coordination for the shared Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme across three NHS trusts. Working across multiple sites, you will act as the central point of contact, ensuring consistent delivery, governance and information handling.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate programme activities across Great Western Hospitals, Royal United Hospitals Bath and Salisbury NHS Trusts.
• Support governance, reporting and risk/issue management frameworks.
• Maintain the programme work plan and ensure alignment with quality, time and financial targets.
• Handle and route highly sensitive, privileged, and commercially confidential information.
• Facilitate communication between senior stakeholders in all three organisations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior programme or project support within large, complex organisations.
• Strong judgement, discretion and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Independent decision‑making skills, especially in risk and issue escalation.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities across multiple locations.
