Senior Protection Adviser – Hybrid (London)

About the role

IPOE Consulting is seeking a Senior Protection Adviser to join its growing protection division in London. This hybrid position offers the chance to work with high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners and directors while shaping the future of an expanding protection proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on personal, family and business protection solutions.
• Manage complex protection cases for directors, owners and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through existing clients and professional introducers.
• Recruit, coach and develop members of the protection team.
• Build and maintain relationships with accountants, solicitors, tax advisers, wealth managers and insurers.
• Ensure advice quality, FCA compliance and outstanding customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience advising on protection solutions.
• Strong background in complex business protection for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Excellent knowledge of trusts, underwriting and protection planning.
• Commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate new business.
• CeMAP, DipFA or equivalent qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.
