Senior Recruitment Consultant – Digital Transformation

About the role

Talent Chief Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its Digital Transformation practice in Bristol. You will work in a fast‑growing agency environment, handling end‑to‑end recruitment for tech‑focused clients ranging from start‑ups to multinational corporations.

Key responsibilities

• Write compelling job adverts based on client briefs.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates across the Digital Transformation sector.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews, provide feedback and manage offers.
• Oversee candidate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.
• Develop new client relationships and nurture existing partnerships to maximise earnings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency 360 role.
• Strong interest in Digital Transformation or technology recruitment.
• Proven billing success and business development capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Team‑player attitude and computer literacy.
• Ability to commute to Bristol or nearby areas.
