Senior Recruitment Consultant – Property & Surveying (Leeds)

About the role

We are looking for a senior recruitment consultant to join Hays’ Property & Surveying team in Leeds. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with private and public sector clients across Yorkshire, and placing top‑tier candidates in interim and permanent roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with organisations and key decision‑makers.
• Engage with in‑house recruitment teams, directors and line managers to understand hiring needs.
• Source, screen and present high‑quality candidates for property and surveying positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
• Achieve revenue targets through proactive business development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within property, surveying or related sectors.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
