Senior Revenue Accounting Analyst – Credit Card Balancing (12‑month FTC)

About the role

The Senior Revenue Accounting Analyst will support Hilton’s UK Centre of Excellence by managing daily credit‑card accounting processes for over 45 hotels. This interim position is initially a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, focused on delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily credit‑card balancing, post adjustments in OA, and create journals in Navision.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet items and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain and control Excel templates to ensure data integrity for large volumes of transactions.
• Review high‑volume data using advanced Excel models and automated matching systems, flagging variances.
• Support project initiatives and drive continuous‑improvement activities.
• Document and update standard operating procedures for end‑to‑end processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue accounting or a similar finance function.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight daily deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience participating in process‑improvement projects.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
• Navision accounting system.
• OA (Oracle Applications) for posting adjustments.
