Senior Revit Coordinator – MEP/BIM (DfMA & Fabrication)

About the role

Crown House Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Revit Coordinator to join its Digital Engineering team. You will work within the MEICA Digital Design Centre, supporting major projects in data centres, life sciences, healthcare and nuclear programmes, ensuring that MEP models are fully coordinated, buildable and aligned with DfMA and off‑site manufacturing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate MEP models using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop and manage Revit Fabrication Parts and related fabrication content.
• Support DfMA‑led design and off‑site manufacturing workflows.
• Coordinate MEP services across disciplines to deliver clash‑free, installation‑ready models.
• Review design information for buildability, compliance and coordination.
• Manage model information, change control and drawing outputs.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and delivery teams to align design and construction.
• Provide project reporting and digital coordination outputs.

Required profile

• Strong experience in MEP Revit modelling and BIM coordination, preferably contractor‑side.
• Hands‑on experience with Revit Fabrication Parts and fabrication‑driven workflows.
• Good understanding of DfMA principles and off‑site manufacturing.
• Proven ability to coordinate with design consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of building services systems (mechanical, electrical, public health).
• Understanding of buildability, sequencing and installation constraints.
