Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

Osprey Property, a local estate and lettings agency with branches in Oakham, Stamford, Oundle and Melton Mowbray and part of the national LRG group since 2025, is recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant in Melton Mowbray. The post involves growing the property register by winning instructions and helping the Branch Manager maximise branch profit, within a target-driven team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise business opportunities
• Advertise properties, handle booking of viewings and register applicants
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone and in person
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets
• Build alliances in the local community through active networking
• Act as the link between client and vendor, sharing information
• Prepare accurate property details and ensure accurate data entry
• Handle a property sale from viewing to completion
• Support branch management with ad hoc tasks

Required profile

• At least 2 years' experience as a residential sales agent with a proven record of securing new business
• Listings and/or valuation experience
• Excellent sales ability and high-level customer service skills
• Good telephone manner, positive attitude and ability to negotiate
• Tenacity, self-starter spirit and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
• Responsive to change

What we offer

• Salary of £34,000 - £37,000 OTE depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 08.45am - 5.30pm, every other Saturday 9am - 1pm
