Senior Sales Development Representative – German Speaking (UK)

About the role

Coder is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline for its Enterprise Account Managers. The role focuses on outbound prospecting for Coder’s Environment‑as‑a‑Service platform, targeting large enterprises adopting AI‑driven development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multi‑channel outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) using tools such as SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense and NooksResearch.
• Research target accounts and personas to craft personalized, value‑driven messaging.
• Set up qualification calls and hand off qualified opportunities to Enterprise Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRM and engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns for higher response rates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in SaaS or developer‑focused technology companies.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold calling, emailing and social selling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate technical value propositions.
• Grit, curiosity and resilience in handling rejection while staying proactive.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and focused on measurable goals.
