About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Sales Negotiator who is ready to step into an Assistant Branch Manager position within a fast‑growing independent estate agency in Colchester. This role combines client‑focused sales negotiation with leadership responsibilities to support branch growth.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings professionally.
• Drive new business opportunities and support branch expansion.
• Cross‑sell additional services to maximise revenue.
• Oversee the sales progression process from offer to completion.
• Support team development and lead by example.
• Contribute to overall branch performance and success.
• Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager.
• Strong, current knowledge of the Colchester property market (essential).
• Track record of winning business and closing deals.
• Target‑driven, highly motivated mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, personable, and customer‑focused approach.
• Natural leadership ability and team‑oriented attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
