Senior Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency (Preston)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a fast‑growing estate agency in Lancashire. You will be part of a supportive, high‑energy team delivering excellent customer service while driving property sales and supporting branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective buyers and sellers.
• Arrange and book property viewings, conducting accompanied viewings when required.
• Handle offers and negotiate terms between buyers and vendors.
• Provide a professional, customer‑focused experience throughout the sales process.
• Support the branch by covering appointments and contributing to team targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an estate agency or residential sales environment.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
• Professional, proactive and motivated attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Up to £30,000 basic salary with £35,000 OTE.
