Senior Sales Negotiator – Estate Agent (Cambridge)

About the role

Our client is an independent estate agency based in central Cambridge, offering sales and lettings services across the city and surrounding areas. They are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their growing team and drive property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers to understand their requirements.
• Organise and accompany buyers on property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and secure agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of properties, vendors, and buyers in the agency system.
• Prepare marketing brochures with high‑quality photos and compelling descriptions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved.
• Support the team with ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in estate agency sales.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and a reliable team player.
• Professional, friendly telephone manner.
• Commitment to a long‑term career in property sales.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £33,000 per annum (depending on experience).
• On‑target earnings (OTE) up to £53,000 per annum.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:30, occasional Saturday rota.
