Senior Sales Negotiator – Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a fast‑growing independent estate agency in Hailsham. You will work from the office, handling a pipeline of high‑value properties and driving sales performance to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Interview applicants in a structured fashion, identifying needs and business opportunities.
• Contact qualified buyers, advise on suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• Negotiate offers, ensuring client interests remain the priority.
• Coordinate transactions, delivering high standards of customer care to both buyers and sellers.
• Support colleagues and the Branch Manager, maintaining company service standards.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and stay up‑to‑date with systems, procedures and legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an estate agent with strong selling and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional image and strong customer focus.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £30,000 plus a £2,400 car allowance.
• On‑target earnings between £40,000 and £45,000.
• Opportunity to work on an office pipeline currently valued at £80,000 with potential growth to £200,000.
• Working every other Saturday.
