Dove & Hawk is partnering with a leading East London estate agency to hire a Senior Sales Negotiator for their thriving Canary Wharf team. This full‑time position offers the chance to drive property sales, build client relationships and contribute to a high‑performing sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective buyers
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
• Agree sales terms and progress transactions to completion
• Generate valuations and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and applicants
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property sales
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Target‑driven and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Professional appearance and motivated attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Competitive salary £25,000‑£27,000 plus OTE up to £60,000
• Mileage allowance for vehicle use
• Standard Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm schedule with alternate Saturdays
