Senior Sales Negotiator – Nantwich

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our busy Nantwich branch. You will support the branch manager, handle client interactions and contribute to the continued growth of our independent agency.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and attend property viewings
• Attend property valuations and take offers
• Negotiate sales terms with buyers and sellers
• Schedule mortgage appointments for clients
• Chase contracts and manage paperwork
• Maintain regular contact with vendors
• Conduct property measurements and prepare reports
• Work collaboratively with the team and cover managerial duties when required

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in estate agency
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to work on a rota, including occasional Saturdays
• Interest in developing a long‑term career in property sales
• Preferably a member of NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents)

Required skills

• Knowledge of the local property market (preferred)
• Experience with contract chasing and offer negotiation
• Basic proficiency in standard office software
