Senior Sales Negotiator – Property & Estate Agency

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a leading property and estate agency in Chelmsford. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and supporting the full transaction process from viewings to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engaging relationships with prospective buyers and vendors.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, supporting the offer and negotiation process.
- Manage sales progression through to completion.
- Collaborate with in‑house Mortgage & Protection Advisors to generate cross‑selling opportunities.
- Work closely with internal lettings teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 24 months experience as a sales negotiator, preferably in property or estate agency.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially minded.
- Hardworking, personable and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
