About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful estate agency in South Herts. The role involves generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and contributing to the overall performance of the sales team and office.
Key responsibilities
- Win new property sales instructions through proactive prospecting.
- Maintain and develop relationships with current clients to secure repeat business.
- Manage the sales process from instruction to completion, ensuring accurate documentation.

Required profile
