Senior Supply Planner

About the role

The Senior Supply Planner will support supply planning for the Merrell business unit, consolidating buy plans and inventory plans across an 18‑month horizon. Working closely with inventory, production, and logistics teams, the role ensures timely execution of supply activities and smooth product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with inventory and production planning to develop integrated, stable, and agile 18‑month supply plans.
• Receive, consolidate, and communicate buy plans with global supply and production teams.
• Lead supply planning inputs for monthly S&OP and Integrated Business Planning cycles, highlighting constraints, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate advance production, consolidation, and MOQ requirements with integrated planning teams.
• Monitor lead‑times, commercialization schedules, and buy timings to support new product launches.
• Define flow strategy, inbound phasing, and rescheduling across the distribution center network.
• Support PO creation and maintain SAP system integrity, ensuring data accuracy.
• Develop and deliver reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and support regional planning needs across Europe.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in supply planning, S&OP, or integrated business planning.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
