Senior Surveyor – Commercial Agency & Acquisitions

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join a prestigious, long‑established firm specialising in Industrial and Open Storage (IOS) across the M25 and Home Counties. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will drive business development and portfolio management while shaping the firm’s expansion strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the firm’s IOS market share within the M25 and Home Counties.
• Identify and secure new instructions from institutional and light‑industrial clients.
• Lead acquisition work for a diverse client base, from universities to plant‑hire businesses.
• Circulate requirements to maximise market exposure and win new work.
• Manage assets across Retail, Industrial, Open Storage, Office and Development sectors.
• Coordinate with colleagues to delegate work and ensure departmental efficiency.
• Collaborate on high‑level business strategy and provide market insights to the board.

Required profile

• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS preferred) with significant experience in commercial agency or investment.
