Senior UI Designer (Visual)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UI Designer (Visual) to join a leading London creative studio on an 11‑month fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on delivering exceptionally crafted visual interfaces and prototypes for high‑profile global brands, working in a hybrid London environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create highly‑crafted UI designs across web and interactive platforms.
• Design and prototype polished, agentic‑driven interfaces and micro‑interactions.
• Translate complex brand guidelines into distinctive, on‑brand digital experiences.
• Leverage the latest AI design tooling to accelerate and enhance creative output.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, UX designers, copywriters, and developers.
• Present concepts confidently, articulating the craft and rationale behind decisions.

Required profile

• A portfolio that showcases striking visual craft, strong typography, layout, colour and motion design.
• Ability to move swiftly from concept to execution without sacrificing polish.
• Solid understanding of product thinking, interaction design and UX principles.
• Experience designing for large‑scale platforms or global brand ecosystems, preferably agency‑side.
• Fluency with modern AI design tooling and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting and defending creative choices.
