Senior/Principal Training Instructor

About the role

MBDA is seeking a highly motivated Senior/Principal Training Instructor to deliver engineering training for its Complex Weapons and missile systems portfolio. The role will be based primarily in Poland, supporting an export customer with ground‑based air‑defence (GBAD) products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑country operator and maintainer training for GBAD systems.
• Work as part of an MBDA training team to ensure training is on‑time, on‑cost and of the highest quality.
• Adapt training delivery to the customer’s local culture and requirements.
• Provide field support engineering assistance where required.
• Collaborate with UK and Poland teams to establish the new support unit.

Required profile

• British citizenship or dual UK nationality.
• Willingness to undergo HMG BPSS security checks.
• Ability to relocate to Poland and work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Ground Based Air Defence (GBAD) domain knowledge.
