SEO/AEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO/AEO Specialist to ensure our websites perform strongly across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms. Reporting to the Manager of Web Experience Optimization, you will conduct technical audits, drive data‑driven keyword research, and apply advanced optimization techniques to improve visibility and drive organic revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and optimise site backend (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, sitemaps, robots.txt, hreflang, canonical tags) to resolve crawl, index and performance issues.
• Manage structured data and schema markup to enhance AI citations and search engine trust.
• Conduct periodic content audits, apply NLP, entity optimisation, topic clustering and E‑E‑A‑T principles.
• Develop and maintain internal linking strategies and optimisation guides.
• Track SEO/AEO health using KPIs, build dashboards, and report on organic growth and AI citation metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Brand, Content, MarTech and Analytics teams to align priorities and deliver scalable improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in technical SEO and AI‑driven search optimisation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
