Service Advisor – Automotive Dealership (Farnborough)

About the role

Join a respected dealer group in Farnborough as a Service Advisor, representing a leading sports brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the service reception.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and create job cards.
• Raise, update and close job cards, securing authorisations for work.
• Liaise with technicians to monitor work progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Prepare costings, invoices and conduct vehicle hand‑overs.
• Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a main dealer environment.
• Strong customer‑service focus with proven upselling ability.
• Excellent administrative and communication skills.
• Familiarity with RTC, One Link and Kerridge systems is a distinct advantage.
