Service Advisor – Luxury Brand – £45k+ OTE

About the role

Join a progressive, supportive dealer group representing a prestigious luxury brand as a Service Advisor in Hemel Hempstead. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and contributing to a market‑leading OTE of £45,000+.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the service reception.
• Book vehicles and manage job cards from creation to closure.
• Obtain authorisations for required work and liaise with the workshop on progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Prepare costing, invoicing, hand over vehicles to customers and drive up‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous main‑dealer experience with strong customer‑service focus.
• Proven ability in upselling and administrative tasks.

Required skills

• Familiarity with RTC, One Link and Kerridge systems (advantageous).
