Service Concierge

About the role

The Service Concierge is a key member of the Service Department, ensuring smooth vehicle flow and delivering excellent customer service in the service drive‑through. You will manage lot organization, vehicle transportation, and assist customers throughout their service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
• Control service traffic flow and parking, and determine if customers have appointments.
• Pick up customer vehicles for service and return them after appointments.
• Record customer information such as name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
• Support the lot attendant with duties at the service counter and drive.
• Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
• Perform customer follow‑up on repair orders and other duties as required by the Service Manager.

Required profile

• A great attitude and strong customer focus.
• Valid (G) driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
