Sessional Tutor – Further Education (Hourly Pay)

About the role

ATTFE College is seeking enthusiastic sessional tutors to deliver high‑quality teaching to learners aged 16+ across its Sutton and Ollerton campuses and within the wider community. This hourly‑paid position offers flexible, varied hours throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver tutoring sessions that support learner progress and dignity.
• Prepare teaching materials and assess learner outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality and safeguarding standards.
• Travel between Sutton, Ollerton and community venues using your own vehicle.
• Collaborate with staff to enhance the overall learning experience.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Flexibility to work varied sessional hours across the year.
• Passion for education and a learner‑centred approach.
• Ability to work with diverse learners, including adults.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional conduct.
