SharePoint and Power Platform Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a SharePoint and Power Platform Specialist to help shape the future of digital working across the organisation. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design, build and maintain solutions that improve collaboration, automate processes and deliver data‑driven insights using Microsoft 365 technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists and permissions.
• Design and develop Power Apps that streamline business processes.
• Create Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive tasks.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision‑making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical digital solutions.
• Provide guidance, training and support to end‑users.
• Support governance, adoption and best practices across the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Explore emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and AI‑enabled solutions where appropriate.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Understanding of permissions management, governance and information architecture.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
