About the role

Join B&Q as a Shift Lead and take charge of daily store operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. You will be the key point of contact on your shift, driving excellent service and smooth teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the heartbeat of the store, keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
• Deploy colleagues effectively to ensure every customer receives great service.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and team members.
• Maintain store safety and compliance at all times.
