Showroom & Customer Experience Manager – Furniture Brand

About the role

We are supporting a fast‑growing UK furniture brand that designs beautifully crafted pieces. As the Showroom & Customer Experience Manager you will be the face of the brand, overseeing daily showroom operations and guiding customers through every touchpoint of their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert sales leads from swatch requests, email enquiries, phone calls, showroom visits and online channels.
• Own the customer journey from initial enquiry through post‑purchase follow‑up, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handling questions, feedback and issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Support order processing, delivery coordination and after‑sales care.
• Maintain the showroom environment to reflect the brand’s quality and values.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the buying process.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport.
• Sales‑driven mindset with retail, showroom or customer‑facing experience.
• Strong understanding of the customer journey and what great service looks like.
• Natural interest in design, furniture and interiors.
• Highly organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
