Site Manager – Aberdeen

About the role

CBW is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead small teams delivering concrete repair works on multi‑storey high‑rise buildings in Aberdeen. This permanent role offers long‑term career prospects, ongoing training and the chance to progress within a growing specialist contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Manage small teams of operatives delivering concrete repair works on high‑rise buildings.
• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure efficient progress and adherence to project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate daily reports and site diaries.
• Update repair logs to track progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Oversee allocation and control of plant, tools, equipment and materials on site.
• Promote and enforce safe working practices, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Strong construction and site management experience with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams.
• Excellent project planning and programming skills.
• Sound understanding of concrete repair and structural works (advantageous).
• Valid CSCS Card and SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using computer‑based management and reporting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Relevant construction or site management qualification or proven experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role.
• Full UK driving licence.
