Skincare Educator – Training & Brand Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Skincare Educator to deliver high‑quality training across our portfolio of scientifically proven, planet‑positive skin health brands. You will work flexibly, teaching both virtually and in‑person, and act as a trusted brand ambassador for our salon and clinic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver core training to groups of 6–12 skincare therapists, covering product knowledge, treatment protocols and retail upselling.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with salon and clinic partners.
• Film educational social‑media content as required by the brand.
• Support the sales team by enhancing product expertise and confidence.
• Provide one‑to‑one coaching and adapt training styles to suit diverse learning needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a therapist and/or trainer in salons, spas, aesthetic clinics or skin‑health distribution.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with electrical qualifications; additional certifications such as CIDESCO or CIBTAC are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of skin health, treatments, skincare, sales techniques and makeup artistry.
• Passion for holistic 360‑skincare, including nutrition, topical products and mineral makeup.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
