About the role

You will lead the social and community strategy for a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer health‑tech brand that focuses on women’s bladder and pelvic floor health. Based in London, you will shape the narrative for an underserved category, turning scientific insights into engaging, viral‑ready content.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, balancing self‑shot native content with high‑production assets.
• Lead YouTube partnership initiatives to secure credible creator reviews that boost trust and SEO value.
• Translate scientific research and white papers into consumer‑focused education.
• Manage and grow a highly engaged Facebook community of 32,000+ members.
• Support international expansion, including entry into the US market.
• Develop a structured community referral programme.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in social media and community management within a DTC, health, or high‑growth consumer brand.
• Proven track record of growing digital communities and deep knowledge of platform algorithms.
• Strong creative execution ability, capable of shooting, editing, and publishing platform‑native content while maintaining a premium brand aesthetic.
