Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Fable England is looking for a hands‑on Social Media & Content Manager to shape and grow its digital presence. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, you will work at the heart of the brand during a period of rapid expansion, ensuring every piece of content feels unmistakably Fable.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day management of Instagram and TikTok, planning and executing content calendars aligned with launches and campaigns.
• Develop a new social strategy with the Brand Marketing Director to support the next phase of growth.
• Create, commission and deliver high‑quality visual and video assets for Instagram, TikTok, Substack and the website.
• Produce and edit short‑form video, Reels and other visual assets to a consistent brand standard.
• Write and oversee brand‑consistent copy for social, email and other touchpoints.
• Source, brief and manage external content creators from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product and Digital teams to support trading priorities through content.
• Monitor platform algorithm changes, run test‑and‑learn initiatives and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Track performance, sentiment and competitor activity, delivering regular reporting with clear commentary.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation, planning and brand‑led social media management.
• Background in lifestyle or fashion sectors.
• Ability to work autonomously within a clear brand framework while collaborating across teams.
