Roc Nation Sports International is seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join its London Social & Digital team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work at the intersection of sport, entertainment and culture, creating real‑time, engaging content for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and schedule content across Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Support athletes by posting on their personal channels.
• Live‑post during matches and key moments.
• Provide evening and weekend coverage as part of the team workflow.
• Proofread, format and ensure timely publication of all posts.
• Monitor platform data, flag trends and identify engagement opportunities.
• Assist with community management and social listening.
• Help with basic performance reporting and asset organization.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to build a career in social media.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a positive, learning‑oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.
• Passion for sports, entertainment, music and contemporary culture.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of major social platforms and internet culture.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Basic design or editing skills; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
